Sky, Earth, and Snow
On the ski slopes
This is a picture from one of my past mission trip to the Philippines. We hiked 2+ hours in the mountains to get to a mountain village, and the river in the photo is right next to the village. This place is not accessible by cars, and there is no electricity there. You wake up when the sun comes up in the morning, and sleep when the sun goes down. Over there, life is simple.
The people in this picture are all friends of mine. After hiking to the village in the morning, we relaxed by the river to refresh ourselves before the church meeting that night.
Heaven is smiling over me
The trees are clapping their hands
Stars are shining over me
Flowers are blossoming in the land
All of creation is waiting
For the rising of His sons
Daughters waking, prophesying
Manifesting kingdom come
The mountains quake
The mighty winds blow
The earth shakes
Are you ready, do you know?
Ushering in the king
Let the trumpet sound
Will you be rejoicing
Or hiding beneath the mound?
In heaven above
And earth below
Receive the love
And soak in the flow
Acknowledge the divine
The weak shall have might
Drink in the new wine
Farewell to the night
